If you earned a degree from the Linguistics Department during the 2014-2015 academic year, you are invited to join us at the Colleen Room of the University of Washington Club on June 9 from 4pm to 6pm to celebrate your accomplishment. The reception will feature light refreshments, cake, wine, and lemonade. If you have questions, please contact phoneme@uw.edu.
This year, six linguistics PhD candidates earned or will earn doctoral degrees. At our party, we will also celebrate students who were awarded honors this year. Prof. Julia Herschensohn will read names of graduates and honorees.
