Three Linguistics PhD candidates were awarded the 2016 Excellence in Linguistics Research Graduate Fellowship at the Reception for New Graduates on June 8, which was held at the University of Washington Club. Esther Le Grezause, Marina Oganyan and Sarala Puthuval received certificates from Chair Richard Wright to commemorate the award, which also provides funding for a quarter of graduate study.
